Back window defroster

Hi! I just bought a 2022 low mileage Jeep Wrangler Sahara from a dealership. I really am enjoying it. I have two questions/issues that maybe someone can help me with:

1. The road noise coming from the back door/window is astounding! Is there something I can do to seal out the noise a bit? I was thinking of weather stripping on the door to help. Any thoughts?

2. While I was looking at the door, I noticed the defroster on the window is discolored and one of the connectors has come off. I texted the sales rep who told me to call service on Monday but I want to be sure that this is not normal. I have attached some pictures so you can take a look.

I cant tell if your window seal is still good but you should have one around that window. Ours doesnt make noise. And those connectors will probably require the window to be replaced if you really want them fixed properly
