At a standstill

I’m a new member here, currently at a stand still on my build. I have a 2011 jku, currently running 35x12.5R17 fuel muds with smutty built xrc body armor fenders HOWEVER. I have flex room For days but the 35’s look tiny. Will 40’s fit a jku with a 2.5” lift?

As I know I’ll need new bumpers first to eliminate rub just looking for opinions or someone who’s done it and what they needed to do to make it fit
