Anyone have a TJ with 31 X 10.5 tires and 1.5" spacer lift??

I was thinking of getting both the 31" tires and maybe the TeraFlex 1.5" spring spacer lift. Does anyone have a TJ with these modifications done to it? If so, do you have a photo so that I could see how it looks?

Thanks everyone!

Not really sure but I think that PASmokeater is running this set up and loves it. Tug[addsig]

Hey Tug!

I was just reading about some disagreement between you and someone about "The Wave". I just wanted to say "Good job!". :-D [addsig]

Hey let me know how this works out for you. I'm thinking of doing the same type of upgrade. I have a 03 wranglerX and want to get it up a bit without spending a lot of $.[addsig]

I have a 2000 TJ I just installed a 1 ¾ inch spacer lift with 31 inch tires and it looks great, purchased the spacers from Rustysoffroad.com they were about 38.00 each pair. It was not that hard to install, just go to a parts supply and rent a spring compressor, it was free to rent, just had to put a deposit down.

Search the internet for Rubicon spacer lift, I think they have pictures of jeeps that have it installed.

pasmokeater is running stock until his 3.5" BDS suspension lift/quick discos and 33's get put on...[addsig]

it'll probably work for street use without the longer shocks... but you won't be able to flex it out fully.

Thanks for all the good suggestions! :) I still want to get the 31" tires but still not sure about the lift. If the 31's fit fine, I may just leave it that way until I think it needs more air! Thanks everyone! :-D [addsig]

31's will fit fine without a lift, but if you do any serious wheelin you may want the extra flex of the spacers. See mine before and after in readers rides. Now ith 2" BDS spacers ($224 for the spacers and 4 long travel shocks from www.eastcoastoffroad.com) and 31x11.50x15's. Stock shocks will work but will wear out faster and be a little rougher of a ride.
