Another driveline vibration question please help!

I have a 94 xj with a 3 in lift and i have a vibration that seems to only be noticeable above 60mph, i feel it most in the seat not the steering wheel. I removed the front driveshaft and its still vibrates but it only does it when i accelerate, it doesnt do it when i decelerate, also it goes away when shifted into nuetral. Please help

I could install shims to correct the rear pinion angle couldnt I?

Could also be Ujoint failing.

Ill probably go ahead and shim it and replace the ujoints. Hopefully that should fix my problem. Thanks for the advice.
