AC Stopped running on a 2002 Liberty...Help? No warranty

I can't believe that this 2002 Liberty's AC just quit!! Is this something I can fix myself like a fuse? Or something tragically expensive? The dealership said it would cost $120.00 just to look at it. Should I try somewhere else? Anyone have this problem with a fairly new Jeep??

First, welcome to the "Z"! Always good to have another Jeeper (even if it is a Liberty :lol: :lol: ). Anyway, there's not many Liberty owners on here, but there are lots of Jeep gurus. A few more details may help. Did it quit all of a sudden? Were/are there any strange noises? Does it cool but not blow, blow but not cool, neither? The more details, the better.
