A/c in yj

I just bought a 1988 yj that has a/c but it doesn't have the knobs like all the other ones I have seen it has the a/c on the selector switch with the other things like vent and heat can someone tell me why it's like that

Older CJs had dashes like this (except for the fancy stuff above the radio). These ended in 1986



YJs had dashes like this:



Sounds like yours is normal to me.

it actually says ac on your selector panel, or it just shows the blue coloring?
