You can do it yourself. You need a jack that can lift the jeep high enough to extend ur suspension all the way. For the front lift it up and put jackstands under the frame just behing the control ARM mounts. Then put a jack under your axle and lift it to take both tires off. Disconnect ur sway bars,shocks, and the tabs holding the springs to ur axle. Then release the jack holding up the axle and it should drop far enough for you to remove the springs. Put the spacers in and put it back together.. it sounds like a lot but it can easily be done in under 2 hours. For the rear remove one end of each shock, lift it from the frame somewhere until the tires come off the ground. Then use a 21mm socket and remove the shackle bolts. Lift the rear higher to where the new shackles meet up and bolt them in ... Don't tighten them just make them snug. Then put it back on the ground and then tighten the 4 bolts. And put ur shocks back on
For tires I would run no more than 30s. I had 31s with 3 inches of lift and the rear would rub on hard bumps
