I went to look at the cherokee that I posted a question about the transmission here about a week ago. i got in, started it, put it in drive and it moved, but when I put it in reverse it started to move but then it was like it locked, put back in drive it went foward's. I put it back in reverse and it felt like you were holding the brake and gas at the same time. I pulled out the transmission dip stick and it looked clean. I got under it and saw fluid on the t-case and the cross member look's like it has taken a hit, not severe but you could tell. Could it just be the t-case? I don't want to pass this thing up because it has alot of aftermarket part's on it and it could possibly come with a spare jeep. Any help or suggestion's will help. Thank's.
