97 Cherokee 4.0 cold idle problem?

Well its been doing this as long as I've had it and I've ignored it.. but when i first start it up it will turn over quite a bit before it starts and then once it has started it will sputtered for a few seconds like half the cylanders aren't firing.
My throttle body is clean and I've used fuel system cleaners but Havnt really touched on it besides that. Once its warmed up it isles real smooth and runs nice.
Also I don't start it right away after turning the key. I let the fuel pump build pressure before turning over the motor

There was a Tsb back in the day for a fuel pump hose kit. The fuel pump would leak down over a few hours causing a hard start. I went through the Tsb when I had the same problem with mine and it worked great. But now I have an injector leaking down. So back to the same prob
