96 Grand Cherokee Lerado

I have had this Jeep since new. Now has 154500 mi. Recently the vehicle info center display went blank. I have checked fuses and all are ok. I can find no indication that there are any relays in line. Although it has been 15+ years, I seem to remember this same thing happening when it was still under warrantee. They only had it in the shop for about 1/2hr and said it was just a fuse. I would hate to try to find a nos part or a used one when it is a simple fix. Any help would be appreciated.

Well if you checked all the fuses. Check the connector behind the panel. On many models they wiggle loose

Especially grand cherokees. But the victim is super cheap to get a used replacement at the junkyard to test out
