96 cherokee wont start

i have a 1996 cherokee we replaced the ecm the cps and the coil still wont start it will crank but no fire all the fuses are good dont know what else it could be

fuel pump went out and replaced it replaced the key and tumble and switch cause it was hanging and still wont start
