91 cherokee i6 will not start after tuneup

Hello everyone, I need some help with gettin my 91 cherokee limited to start after changing the plugs, wires, coil, cap and pick up. wires are correct, there is spark to the#1 plug, there is fuel and I am alining the rotor to the #1 terminal at tdc. Engine still will not start, what am I missing?

does it just crank without catching, or does it attempt to start and die?

Recheck everything for tightness, then try putting your original coil back on.

it just crank although there was one point when I had left the #1 spark plug out and it sounded like it was almost going to fire up.

In response to my own post, I spoke to a mechanic that works for the company where I work, he says that it may be the crank shaff sensor and to check the injectors.

I will relay the results.

If it ran fine, then your changed all plugs, coil and wires, then it wouldn't run, I'd think that either the plug wires were wrong, or that you had a new, bad coil.

Any chance the cap could be on 180 degrees out?

bet you put wires back on wrong heres a diagram so you can go back and double check
