Radiator replaced, transmission cylenoid replaced, fuel filter replaced.... Now my 2000 jgc runs ruff, shakes, and sluggish. Getting a p 0306 which to my understanding the last number means the cylinder that's not firing. Never happened till after I changed the Fuel filter? This jeep is really starting to get to me. I love it to death but for the past month its just been one thing after another.

Have you tried just giving her the ol standard tune up? Plugs wires cap and rotor can make a big difference, if any one of these things are on the way out. Start simple. That's the best policy. Good luck, and don't get discouraged.

i would check all that. pull the plug and see what it looks like, check the gap to see if its off. also check the compression to make sure its where it should be. my best guess would be plugs, wires, cap, and rotor and go from there.

If after the tune up and the symptom is still evident, swap the fuel injector from another one on the fuel rail and see if the misfire moves to that cylinder. If so, the injector is bad. If not, and the compression test passes, and the ignition fire is good, there could be a circuit issue with the injector.

I replaced all the spark plugs last night and she fired right up no problem. I admit it took me a day or 2 to realize where they were. I still have no idea where the wires cap and rotor are. I'm use to seeing a distributor and wires that take me to the spark plug. Sad I know.

Wait a minute.... what? You don't have spark plug wires connected to your spark plugs? What kind of space age vehicle are we talking about here?
