Are you sure the mileage is not 110,000.00? As I recall, most odometers in 68 only registered to 99,999.9 before rolling over.
My experience is that running and functional Jeeps hit a bottom price and don't drop further. So the price sounds ok, but remember, the vehicle is 42 years old and you should plan to spend a lot of money to keep it functional. Working on an old Jeep can be fun, so maybe it will be worth it.
But, you should also consider spending a few more thousands and getting something much newer and with fewer issues.
Finally, I'd be concerned about any vehicle used to plow snow. It puts a lot of strain on the frame and running gear. So be prepared.
