63mm Throttle Body Mileage

Does the addition of a 63mm throttle body decrease mileage?

It will increase mileage if you can keep your foot out of it.

Installed one boared to 63mm. Full torq with a touch of the throttle. It didn't make things worse it should make more air flow in and lean it out a bit.
