If understand your question; when parking on a hill on an auto transmission regardless of make/model, and you shift it Into park your vehicle will roll a little. This will put pressure/force on the trannie. When You drive off and shift your car onto gear it will "clunk".
What I do to avoid this is I shift my car onto neutral, turn the tires appropriately and slowly release the brake until the tire rests on the curb. Then I apply the parking brake. This relieves the pressure off the trannie.
