2004 driver sear issues

I've got an 04 grand Cherokee Laredo with what appears to be a bad motor on the driver seat. when you go to adjust it it clicks but takes about 2 seconds to engage and move. is my assessment right or could it be something else? if so anyone know where I could get one? I googled for it and couldn't find it. thanks
