2 in shackles

DO NOT GET ANYTHING OVER 1" LIFT SHACKLES.
I strongly recommend not getting any higher than that. Anything longer will screw up your springs (flatten way too much to a negative arch). They also give you a very crappy ride. I regret ever putting them on my Jeep.

I'll second that. Shackles that are too long will make driving in a straight line a near impossibility due to the fact that they will severely add to your caster. I've tried a 2" shackle lift. Learn from my mistake! Try a 1" shackle lift and 1" body lift or better yet, wait 'till you can get a suspension lift. There are some out there under $400.

Add a stock YJ leaf to each spring pack and you'll gain 1.5" without stiffening the ride. Then add a 1" body lift and maybe some TJ fender flares and you'll be able to clear 32" tires.

Like mentioned, avoid excessive length when adding longer shackles, you lose caster and the shackles will hit everything due to the decreased approach and departure angles.
