1994 2.5L Running Rich

I've done a full tune up, O2 sensor, air filter, vacuum lines, PCV elbow and hose ( they were clogged) what else can I do mileage sucks getting less than 200 to a tank?

Are you actually running rich, or are you just getting poor gas mileage?

Also, what model Jeep do you have?

Poor mileage and smells very rich while running. 94 2.5 wrangler S

Check your fuel pressure with and without vacuum to the FPR, and consider upgrading your injectors to 4-nozzle injectors from a mid-'90s Ford v8.
