1993 zj 4.0

1993 ZJ 4.0L. Wasn't starting when we bought it. It cranks but wont start. Replaced PCM, CPS, Distributor and it started but had a horrific exhaust leak, so it was parked until the leak got fixed. Replaced header, now it doesnt start again. Grounded alarm, replaced injectors, spark plugs, plug wires, coil, battery, with no avail. It was suggested to try another CPS...nothing.

Double checked all wires after header was put in, disconnected the battery to reset the computer, and swapped the relay. Tried the ignition code reading, which brought up o2 sensor, but don't think that would cause it to not start. It is getting fuel. However, it gets spark for a couple seconds, then loses it.

Any Ideas???????

i no that you already replaced it but that sounds like the coil getting hot.

Replace your crankshaft possition sensor...

Put a new one in the day before I put the post. Still nothing. It gets spark, but only for a few seconds.

Make sure the O2 sensor wires are not shorted otherwise it WILL cause a no start.

ASD relay okay?

Swapped it with other relay's, but still nothing.
