Hello,

I was curious about the clearance the front driveline and the exhaust pipe that comes from the engine (leading to the back of the automobile) is or should be. This area is located where the driveline meets the exhaust pipe coming down out of the engine. When I am in 4 wheel drive it tends to rub on the exhaust pipe and there appears little clearance to function without grinding of the two ? I could barely stick my index finger between the two as measurement.

Any suggestions?

Peace, Jewel

I believe the stock exhaust was dimpled in that location for clearance. If you're having rubbing I would guess the pipe was replaced with a non-dimpled piece or your front springs have sagged to cause more interference.
