'14 Grand Cherokee - replacing heater/AC blower motor

I've had this same issue with all of my previous Jeeps, but the fix doesn't seem as easy on this one. The blower is making a ticking sound. In my Commander, it was as simple as removing the glove box and 4 torx screws. I bought the Haynes manual for my GC, but can't seem to figure out the process. Can someone walk me through this?

Welcome to the forum. Pretty new Grand Cherokee for these parts, would be tough to help without the factory service manual.

Guess your warranty has done expired and you didn't get the extended warranty?

Which motor do you have in your Grand Cherokee?
