04 Wrangler Front Passenger Seat Issue!

The front passenger seat no longer slides forward as far as it used to.
It is in the full aft position, when lifting the handle along the lower front portion of the seat it only will slide about 2 inches forward.

I can see the release cables moving the lock pins but it will not go the full travel forward on the tracks.

I see multiple cables on the left side of the seat, do these contribute to the slide function of the seat?

It's a real pain now for passengers to get in and out of the rear seat as the front seat will not slide full forward.

Can anyone share some insight to this issue?

As far as the cables your seeing I have no idea but my 97 TJs passenger seat does this some times I just get in the backseat and push with my legs and Pull up on the lever located on the bottom right hand side on the back of the seat.Next time it does this I'm going to use some WD40
