Exactly what brand and part number plug did you use?
Misfires throw codes almost always.
Did the plugs seat properly?
You could pull them and inspect for burning of fouling.
Sometimes the rail
Connection loosens or goes bad.'sometimes the ail goes bad. But again there would be codes.
Clean the battery terminals and the ground connections to the engine and chassis.
Have you cleaned the TB and IAC?
Check th TB and IAC connection.
These are common maintenance items that should b done every 30 k miles or so.
