Can I have the outside locks and gate changed by the dealership and still use the one I have to start it?

My spare key was stolen an I think my jeeps being driven without permission. What are my options to this. Went to a dealership an was told they couldn’t replace the outside locks without replacing the ignition as well does this sound legit?

No that’s the only 1 and there’s not one under the driver seat it’s a 2 door

Here the cord that runs out the back and tried making an arrow to what it’s connected to

Also there’s a black cord that comes out the end that look like it leads into the side metal of the seat
