Oil is fine no leaks just knocking in the head

I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 4.0 Liter Straight 6 I have been having knocking sounds in my engine under the head for about 2 weeks, and now all of a sudden the oil pressure gage is at 0 and not moving and the check gages light is on! Can anyone please tell me what this might be? My oil...
