I'm pulling apart the lower steering shaft bell shape part,,, no clip,, to spead out square keys. How did this stay together??? I have a new complete shaft and I bend the clip when trying to assemble. Ordered new clip and suggestions , I 'm scared this will not stay together when I'm done ???
