Buy a stocker and do the mods yourself. You will get exactly what you want and you can probably find a stocker cheaper. If it is the 4.0 and it has over 100k, don't worry (they last forever). I wouldn't consider the 2.5 if you want to run above 32's. It can be done but you will have to do allot...

None taken, I guess I should read more carefully. Can you hear the fuel pump turn on? If you turn the key without turning it over you should hear it back there if your carpet is out. It will make a short hum.
