Leaks, something we're all familiar with

If you decide to remove it to replace the gasket/ seal, remove the 2 small bolts on the sensor first to expose the tone ring inside.. You can do one of the following.; turn the crank shaft until you get the timing at top dead center with the #1 cylinder at the compression stroke. The tone ring...

electric fuel pump for AMC 304

I used to use the Edelbrock electric fuel pump on mine but it doesn't seems to last for the price. Now I've been using a universal electric fuel pump from Napa auto parts with a constant 7psi without a regulator. I'm running that on an AMC 360 with the performer intake and 4bbl carb..

    Gun ban coming

I hear y' a .. The best thing that people like you and I can do right now is to stay on top of what's being infringed and keeping in contact with your local state representatives and congressman voicing out what you want and what you don't want them to do.. It won't do much as an individual but...

    1995 grand cherokee trunk hatch

You would have to crawl into the back and remove the panel to access the latch mechanism and manually unlock and unlatch it. Sometimes, even when you hear the lock actuator make a sound, doesn't mean it's actually cycling..

Mounting a winch on a CJ7 with a Kentrol bumper

360 engine with edelbrock air gap

I'm using the Edelbrock Performer intake and carburetor on mine with the offroad spring kit.. It works well on steep angles. 1999 Jeep Cherokee XJ 4.0 Distributor Installation

Also, there should be a hole on the bottom of the distributor housing and a hole on the tone plate inside close by where the sensor wiring comes out to the side. You can use this alignment hole by placing an Allen wrench or pin in the hole to keep it in place as you line up the shaft down to the...

2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport Hood Problem

Try applying some lube on both latches and cable if possible. Check the cable ends and make sure there's no kinks or pinch on them. Test the latch that's inop by manually locking it with a screw driver and releasing it with the lever. If that's not latching, make sure the cable is not stuck in a...

    Pinion nut stripped?

That happens when there's a slight imperfection on the thread. Look at the pinion thread closely and make sure there's no burrs in them as well. You should be able to start threading the nut by hand until it gets to the locktite part then you will need to use a socket and ratchet. Once you start...

    Numerous misfires!!!

Wow 3.8?, that's unusual. When they said it was "re-setting" , do they mean the PCM is not storing the DTC'S or is it the OBD misfire monitor on 200 rev.cts that's resetting? . If it's the PCM resetting, I would say this is an electrical issue.. I've haven't encountered much issues with the 3.8...

    Cooling issue.

There's a bleeder screw located on the upper radiator hose towards the engine. Make sure you open this bleeder (Allen screw) when your filling up your cooling system. Check and double check that all the air has burped out. You don't have to completely pull the screw out, just enough when you see...
