Im in the proses of doing it now. I have had to cut access holes to get to rust frozen bolts when it all goes back together I will be applying anti seize to all bolts. If they had used it in the first place I would not be having to do all this work. The reason for doing this in the first place...

When installing a body lift what has to be done to the steering column and the shifter linkage. This is a 85 cj7 with a automatic trany. And are there other things that will be affected. I am thinking of going up a little higher but nothing to radical. Thanks for any advice.

I do believe those are the ones except I got the 4 3/4 flares If this is the case I will shorten them if I have to. I just don't like them that far back.

I bought a set of Rugged Ridge fender flares for my 1985 cj7. The rear flares fit great but the front flares are far to long meaning they go to far to the rear of the fender. Bought hard top for cj7 in great shape. All it needs is paint and that's what I do. Happy to have found one close by.

No more bling

That's the issue with this top. The rear is one piece of glass the cj top has a rear hatch frame surrounding the glass that is the one I want. This top was on the jeep when I got it but I would like to have the original top. Thanks for posting.

Thanks Tison I do auto body repair and restoration as well as my own mechanical. Its the electrical stuff that I have a hard time with. I would like to find out where I can buy a manuel and wire schematic. Somebody must sell them but I have not found anything so far.
