Too much air in the tires will also make it ride rough. Especialy with over size tires. Do a search for tire chalk test.

    What tires to buy

You're going to get as many opinions as there are tires out there. I like my 35 inch goodyear wrangler MT?Rs. There fairly quiet on the road, Yet get great traction offroad. Plus the benifet of kevlar sidewalls.

    Engine seized? Don't know why!

    Cylinder 4 misfire

Maybe one of the new parts that you put on is defective. It happens. Once i had a plug that would misfire under preasure but would look good in the testing machine. I would start by checking to see if you are getting power to the plug.

    Grinding front differential

Is this from a dealer or a private seller? If it's from a dealer tell them to fix it before you sign on the bottom line. If from a private seller, Assume the worst, Figure how much it will cost to fix and deduct it from the asking price.

    power steering upgrade

You will need a new shaft, Or at least a different end for your old one. A factory shaft works. You just need a factory shaft for power steering. You will also need power steering pump and all the mounts, the hoses and a new belt. Do you have a single pulley system or double? If it's single...
