I replaced hinges on the glass hatch of a Liberty. There was no alignment.
Check if the hinge is worn or if the gasket is flattening/dry rotting…

Some vehicles have crush washers there and need to be changed to keep from leaking.

I converted my TJ to electric fan. Here is what i learned.
1) cfm is what matters. Not enough and you will overheat.
2) pulling not pushing.
3) pulling through the entire radiator by having a shroud that
a. Fits the entire radiator.
b. Is flush with the fan.
c. Has no gaps to pull air from...

I wouldnt think air in the abs would lock up the pedal it woukd make it spongy as the air is let into the system.

Fuel pressure should be 49.5 +/-5 and should be steady across 700-5000 rpm. Not that this is your no start cause.
Just the ckp has a paper gasket.
On 00-06 TJ the 4.0 has an issue with ODPA weRing the CAM gear.
The CPS sits on the ODPA

Injectors you should hear/feel tick when you place a screwdriver on the back of the injector,
Fuel pressure?
Fuel pump fuses or relay?
Pics of spark plugs?
Clean TB and IAC. Check IAC and TBS connections.

When you replaced the CPS snd CKP did you use OEM. Others can be bad out...
Verify check valve is working and your vac line actually is pulling vac.
You don’t have 2 check valves do you?
If you were able to bleed the brakes there shouldn’t be an issue with the master… but gi ahead and replace it if you want.
