Met couple of guys not long ago who had their TJ converted to disc. Can't really remember the details but thought they are bit expensive. I totally have no idea but would be interested to learn if you go for it.

Heard too about Bushwacker cracking on screw mounts. Check out Rugged Ridge, dad got a set for his '99 TJ for about 5 years now and still holding strong. Not currently sure if they have ones for Libbys Rugged Ridge All Terrain Fender Flares Jeep Fender Flares and Tube Fenders from Rugged Rigde
