I’ve done it on my old cj7 and my 2000 trans am. Pretty straight forward. Both were held on with clips/studs that are along the weather stripping and fit into corresponding holes/indentations along the door.

No clue. Mine has the t150 and Dana 20 and besides clutch replacement never had to break into them. Runs smooth.

Man it’s been a while, but seems like there is a small access hole in the frame near the steering box mount location. You might have to drill it out and retap it.

I think with your great commentary and pics people are just watching the progression of you project. Lot of work ahead of you, been there done that, before posting pics on a forum was easy.

I did the direct fit, pn 10150. Gave me the wiring for the entire jeep from tail lights to head lights and everything in between. I liked that the wires were labeled the length of wire, so when you cut to length you still knew what they were for.

I hope those aren’t parking brake cables. Where do they terminate at? Or are they just hanging? Hard to see but are they bare wire/cable?

It seems the poly holds up better over time. They are a little stiffer in a side by side comparison, installed I don’t notice a huge difference but it has been probably over 15 years since I switched over to poly. They still are hanging in there.

I have poly bushings on my cj7 with no problems with noticeable noise. But I also have a fuel injected 304 with glass packs.
