What is the amount you are allowed for backlash? I am not sure but i think the in and out play (end play?) Looks excessive. If you cam get the nut to tighten anymorr, and it eliminates that in and out, maybe it will also eliminate the whine

In the last month, the jeep has not been driven. It won't start and says no bus on the cluster. It looks luke the black plug that the cluster plugs into has some issues... it acts like the clustee pins are not making good contact. Dont know how to fix that though
