I have had good luck with Rustys, just sent back a HD track bar mount that I ordered the wrong part and they gave me full credit and shipped me out a new one in a few days.

I have had my Warn M8 winch on the cj for 5 years and only used it to save myself once, I however would not want to have a winch on my jeep for years and the one time I need it it fail me. I feel the little more that the higher quality winches cost is money well spent.

My LJ came with a Volant "periscope cold air kit" .I wasnt so shure about it at first but it has grown on me.

I would go full width fullsize axles, if you want it that high you need to be WIDE also.

It will have that auto shifting up and down like crazy but will work to get you buy for a while.
