ZJ - XJ fan clutch interchangability

ok... my XJ's fan clutch is dead... i have a '90 XJ (Cherokee) and my friend sold me a fan clutch out of his old '95 ZJ (Grand Cherokee) for $20 its still in the box...

i looked them up online, and here's what i see...

-Fan Clutch for 1993-98 4.0L 6 CYL ZJ with Max Cooling (Reverse Rotation) $69.99
-Fan Clutch for 1987-99 4.0L 6 CYL XJ Reverse Rotation $44.99

so... being as they're both reverse rotation, i guess i'm good that way... but is the only difference the "max cooling"? hopefully it'll work!

well, after trying to swap in the ZJ fan clutch, it proved to be MUCH bigger than the XJ clutch... it might have fit had i decided to drop the radiator, however the ZJ fan clutch (made for the 4.0 HO motor) is much larger than the one for my XJ...
