Will 17" wrangler wheels fit my 2000 xj cherokee?

I want to clean up my 2000 Cherokee and make it look a little better.

I'm not going to lift it... I just want a new set of wheels, paint job, etc. but I'm having trouble finding stock aluminum wheels that will fit. I've seen quite a few sets of 17" wrangler wheels for sale on Craigslist but I'm not sure if they will fit. I'm pretty sure the volt patter will match. But I have 15's right now and the wrangler wheels are 17s. Thanks

The lug pattern does NOT match, but you can buy wheel spacers to convert your 5x4.5" lug pattern to the 5x5" pattern.

As far as fitting without lift, you'll have to know the actual tire size on those 17" wheels.
