What's this thing weigh?

So without having Mr. Jeep out in the parking lot (at work...)does anyone know how much a 2000 XJ Sport w/I6 weigh? I was thinking around 3500 lbs, but I really have no good idea right now. We were trying to compare weights on the jeep and a 1990 beefy ford van.

i ran mine across the scales there ouside clackamas, by the 212-224 interchange. rolled across at 3700. now mine is a '91, I6 and a manual but it should be right around that ball park.

Excellent. For some reason I thought it weighed around 6500 lbs. That would be one heavy XJ.

most definatly it would. that would be grounds for a diet if i ever saw one.

I want to say that my 4-door '00 weighed around 3400, that's when it was weighed at the scrapyard after we were done dropping off some metal... That's with a grille guard, and rear reciever, no lift...

Jeep Horizons specs a range of 3,057 lbs - 3,386 lbs for a 4 door, depending on the trim level.
