Warn Rear bumper + tire carrier for TJ

I gots me a warn rock crawler rear bumper with tire carrier. its only a year old Its in really good shape. no dents or major scratches. I have a hi-lift mounting brackets on the carrier under the tire. one shows the minor scratch. Gotta sell due to it won't fit with my roof rack.
