I don't know a lot about anything newer than a 77 ford, but if you had two transmission's doing the same thing, it might have something to do with the jeeps computer. The way it was explained to me is that the transmission is electronicly controlled, but not by it's self. It's just a slave to the computer. So maybe you can control it by reprograming it. But I would like to revert your attention back to "I don't Know a lot about anything newer than a 77 ford."
