It's a joke. The term "frogs" got me some heat last time, I was being a dork.

Limey's are English, they used Limes to curb scurvy while sailing long distances.
 

They actually used lime juice since carrying fruit of any sort for a sea voyage was not feasible. It actually began with sailors eating lemons and oranges, no limes.

Well the more I think about it... look at what has happened. They have been living under a socialist government for years... by choice because of the nice sounding promises of fairness, equality, and prosperity that it brought with it. Years of the downward spiral have ruined their economy, broken their social structure, and trampled their national pride. The influx of muslims has nearly reached half of their population. Unbelievably, throughout it all they maintained their freedom to vote, and the people have spoken. I hope for their sake they can turn things around. Tough lesson to learn.

MAYBE WE SHOULD LEARN SOMETHING FROM THEM ;) ;) ;) ;)
