I recently found out that the family home sold! I knew it was on the market but wasn't too scared because of the condition of the market... but it sold 
It was our nice 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, with an office in the basement, 1/4mi drive way with a 5 acre pond in the front yard... real country kinda place... big kitchen, 9 rooms + BIG basement... the family was holding out for $140k but got sick of waiting for money & sold it to strangers for $121K & & 6K is realtor fees :/ The big kicker is on Aug. 22nd I'll be approved for a $100K home loan It just ain't fair! But I am looking to buy my very first home... kind of a silver lining, right? sorry, just venting.
