Hey jeepers!
The transmission (AX-15) and transfer-case (NP231) on my YJ 89 4.2 wrangler have begun to take daily poops on me, looking to replace/upgrade.
Instead of replacing for stock equipment id like to get heavier duty stuff.. eventually id like to go V8 even though i love my 4.2.
Is there a good combo u guys recommend? Donor vehicles? something worth getting at the local pick ur part?
