Straight 6 with Rough Idle

I have a 99 GC Laredo, and I've recently had a tune up, but my jeep still idles really rough, I'm not sure what else to try or to look at.... only has 68K miles on it. Drives alright, just idles rough... is this common for this type of engine or anyone have any ideas of what to check?

I do know I have a valve gasket that is starting to leak, with the tune up I had I got new spark plugs, replaced both water pumps. I have the 4.0L straight 6.

Give the throttle body a good bench cleaning and have the injectors professionally cleaned.
