sol-vac 1990 Wrangler 4.2

I'm trying to bring a 1990 jeep CA legal (had a Weber carb on it). I have the stock carburetor but am missing the sol-vac. Does anybody know where to find one [short of tearing through a junk yard]? or maybe another approach to getting it ready for CA testing?

I have EVERYTHING you will need laying around the shop. I have done hundreds of Motorcraft 2100/2150 swaps in my shop and have all the good stock parts boxed up and stored. make me a list of what you need. If you aren't 100% sure of the name, email me a pic.
