Serpentine belt size

I bought a 1995 wrangler 2.5l missing the serpentine belt with AC and PS The belts they pull up at the store are to small I’ve even tried to skip the AC and put 71 inch belt on just to get it running and it was too small. Yes I check to diagram and had someone double check me. Need some help. What am I’m missing

did the engine get changed? maybe thats why its not fitting?

get a piece of string and run it around everything. than measure the string
