Rubicon vs others - HELP PLEASE

I JUST sold my 1991 Wrangler (sniff, sniff) and am going to buy a new Jeep in the next couple of days. I have always wanted a Rubicon but am wondering about maintainence costs.

The Rubicon has lots more toys on it and I was wondering if this just means more to go wrong. Does anyone own a Rubicon and if so, could you comment about this? Thanks in advance for your help!

Get the rubi. I have one for a year, no problems. If its a daily driver theres a little more shifting involed with driving city driving due to the lower gears. The rubi is way better off road though withh alot less work. Just add a lift and some extra skids and a rubi is good to go. No transmission or transfer case work. No slip yolk. Low range trasnfer case. locking 44's. You cant pass that up for a stock one. Unless you buy used and spend alot of money and time to build better than a rubi.
