radio removal from 01 cherokee

Howdy folks, Merry Christmas. I need help removing the radio from the wifes cherokee. There are no obvious access points to pull the thing as would be found on a normal vehicle. Any advice would be great. :shades:

The plastic surround that goes from the bottom of the dash around the rear wiper switch all the way up to the radio including the HVAC controls has to be removed. It just pops off. Start on one side on the bottom, then other bottom side and work your way up. The radio bolts in and you'll need an adapter for most head units unless you got a den and 1/2 size.
