Question about heat shielding from headers

Just picked up a new header for my 93 YJ 4.0L. Just wondering what other people here have used for heat shielding on the plug wires. I've been told by one automotive shop that I don't need new plug wires and that the slip on braided heat sheilds will work fine. I've been told by another shop that I must have high heat plug wires along with the braided heat shield covers or I'll melt the wires and cause a fire. Is there anything else that I have to do? Mabye move any hoses or anything else that might melt?

Sorry bro, I had headers on my 77 blazer, but I needed to get header plugs to clear the pipe. They were designed for use with headers, they were high temp, but not the braided fiberglass shields your talking about. (possible inside the sheething)

Sorry again I really don't know, but I ould error on the side of caution and throw some Fiberglass shielding on there just to ease worries.
